Program Description

Event Details

For July's meeting, St. Louis Master Gardener Carol Gravens presents "All About Butterflies." Everyone loves butterflies! They are messengers of nature, and their beauty inspires art and lore. They are significant pollinators of plants, they supply a food source for many predators, and they reveal the healthiness of our ecosystems.  This program discusses the butterfly families prevalent in Missouri, their unique reproduction and overwintering habits, and the native plants that will attract them to your garden.

Join us along with Master Gardener Emeritus Jodie Fleer to talk about all things gardening.

Gardening Club's monthly meetings include lectures, activities, plant or garden-related crafting, culinary demonstrations and culinary crafting.

This program includes a variety of different types of programs, and each date is different. See date for description.
