Rachel O'Halloran with MU Extension joins us for a fun and flavorful Strawberry Jam Making program! This session includes a live demonstration and hands-on activities that teach how to safely prepare and can shelf-stable jam using the boiling water bath method. Participants will learn the basics of making jams, jellies, and other sweet spreads at home. Come stir, sample, and gain confidence in preserving your own delicious creations!
Join us along with Master Gardener Emeritus Jodie Fleer to talk about all things gardening.
Gardening Club's monthly meetings include lectures, activities, plant or garden-related crafting, culinary demonstrations and culinary crafting.
