Join the network of community readers to hear from Michelle Collins Anderson, author of The Flower Sisters, during this culmination event. Following her presentation, Ms. Anderson will be available to sign copies of her book. 

 

Michelle Collins Anderson was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and grew up on registered Angus cattle farm outside of West Plains, Missouri. Ms. Anderson has been an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri and Stephens College, taught creative writing at her local elementary school, and serves on the board of The Missouri Review.

 

The Flower Sisters, published in 2024, is her debut novel and appeared on USA Today's Best-selling Booklist. Currently, Ms. Anderson is working on another historical fiction novel set in the Ozarks in the late 1920’s and early 1930’s about a close-knit family that makes moonshine during Prohibition.
