Yoga means union ~ a gentle coming together of mind, body, soul, and breath.
This class invites you to stretch, smile, breathe deeply, and feel that peaceful alignment from the inside out.
All levels welcome. Bring your curiosity, your breath, and maybe a giggle or two. Come breathe, bend, and bookmark a little peace for yourself as you find harmony between the pages and your poses.
