StrongHER - Women's Self Defense Program

The Wright City Police Department is proud to team up with the Scenic Regional Library and offer a self-defense class designed to empower women who may face violence.  The participants will learn not only defensive techniques but also what to do after those techniques are utilized.  Time will be spent on as close to an individual basis as possible to ensure each participant learns the techniques, retains them, and is comfortable using them. Participants should dress in athletic-style clothing to allow a better range of motion.
