Program Description

Event Details

Instructor Pamela Grigsby joins us for chair yoga at the library! We will perform yoga poses seated and with the chair for support as we balance. We will focus on breath and mindfulness. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities. Flows will include sun salutations, warrior 2 flow and a moon flow, as well.
