In partnership with the Missourian, Scenic Regional Library will be hosting a candidate forum for the Franklin County 2nd District Commissioner and Missouri Legislative District 119.

The Missouri Legislative District 119 race includes incumbent Brad Banderman and challenger Rafael Madrigal. In the Franklin County 2nd District Commissioner race, Commissioner Dave Hinson has withdrawn from the race, but will appear on the ballot. This is still a competitive race for challenger Ken Cox.
