Event Details

A more active class that incorporates seated yoga for stretching and lengthening as well as standing moves focused on developing and maintaining your balance and lower body strength.  These are practices you can do at home daily to keep your body and brain working together helping you improve your overall fitness level and balance and supporting you in being safe and active!
